Managing Broker

Proudly serving Kittitas County

As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Jennifer

My career in the real estate industry started in property management in 1999. After that, I became a licensed broker in 2003, earned by managing broker’s license and managed a branch office. In 2014 I joined the John L. Scott Cle Elum team, where I love my work in matching clients to a property that meets their individual needs.

My father came from Spain to Kittitas County as a sheepherder, making me a first-generation daughter of an immigrant. I believe my experiences with my dad taught me to be accepting and cognizant of the challenges facing immigrants who have learned English as a foreign language. I enjoy helping these communities, but also anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the local area. I have a range of experience but have been very successful in selling foreclosures and completing short-sale transactions.

I bring to the table not only extensive knowledge of the local markets, but a true passion for doing work in an honest and transparent manner. I prioritize being available for my clients, but in the case I am not available, my son (who is a licensed broker) can assist, ensuring the client experience is positive and streamlined.

In my spare time, I love gardening, hiking, playing pickleball and traveling. I also enjoy reading books, watching movies and learning new things. I run an Airbnb in my hometown and through that, I love the opportunity to share my historic home with others. To give back, I love working with at-risk youth and I also have three rescue animals (two dogs and a cat!). Lastly, I’m a huge Seahawks fan, and I love attending games.
